1. Who operates this site

SpinCrypto World is operated by SIA "Spārnu Sprādziens", a company registered in the Republic of Latvia, with its registered address at Dzirnavu iela 67, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvia. The contact person for the site is Franciska Calite.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "the operator" mean SIA "Spārnu Sprādziens". "You" means the person using the site. "The site" means spincryptoworld.com and every page and game hosted on it.

You can reach us at contact@spincryptoworld.com for general questions, privacy@spincryptoworld.com for privacy requests, and support@spincryptoworld.com for problems with the games or with your own play habits.

2. What SpinCrypto World is

SpinCrypto World is a free-to-play social casino. It offers six original browser games that use casino-style formats such as reels, a wheel, cards, a number draw and a scratch card. The games are simulations built for entertainment.

Everything on the site is free. There is no paid tier, no subscription, no advantage that can be bought, and no part of any game that is hidden behind a payment.

The visual style of the site borrows from science fiction and neon digital art. That is an art direction and nothing more. The site is not connected to any blockchain, exchange, wallet, token, digital asset or financial network, and it does not offer cryptocurrency services of any kind.

3. What SpinCrypto World is not

The site does not offer real-money gambling. It does not accept wagers, deposits or payments of any kind, and it has no mechanism to take money from you.

The site does not offer prizes, awards, giveaways, sweepstakes, contests or anything else of value. Nothing you do here can produce money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, gift cards or entries into anything.

The site is not a casino guide, a comparison site or an affiliate directory. It does not review, rank, recommend or link to gambling operators, lotteries, sportsbooks or betting brands.

The site is not a training tool. Practising here does not improve your results anywhere else, and success in these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Age requirement: 19 or older

You must be 19 years of age or older to use SpinCrypto World. When you first arrive you are asked to confirm this. If you cannot confirm it, you must leave the site.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under that age to use the site. If you believe a minor is using the site, write to support@spincryptoworld.com and we will act on it.

If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for services of this kind, that higher age applies to you.

5. Where the site is intended to be used

SpinCrypto World is prepared for English-speaking Canada. It is not directed to residents of Quebec and is not offered in French.

The site may be reachable from other places, but we make no claim that it is appropriate or lawful elsewhere. If you access it from outside Canada, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with your own local law.

6. Glow Credits

Glow Credits, shortened to GC, are the only play balance used on the site. They are fictional. They exist so that the games have a score to move up and down.

Glow Credits are not money, not a currency, not cryptocurrency, not a token, not a security, not a stored-value instrument and not a financial product of any kind. They have no cash value.

Glow Credits cannot be bought, sold, transferred, gifted, traded, exchanged, withdrawn, redeemed or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, prizes or anything else. No mechanism exists on the site to do any of those things, and none is planned.

Your Glow Credits balance is stored in your own browser using local storage. It is not held in an account on our servers, it does not follow you between devices or browsers, and it is not backed up. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching device will reset it. Because Glow Credits have no value, a reset costs you nothing.

A free top-up is always available, and a top-up happens automatically when your balance falls very low. A high balance does not create a claim against the operator, and a low balance does not create a debt, a fee or any obligation.

7. How the games decide outcomes

Outcomes are produced by a random number generator running in your own browser. The site uses the browser cryptographic random source where it is available, and falls back to the standard random function where it is not.

The games do not model the mathematics of any real-money gambling product, and the award tables printed on each game page are chosen for entertainment pacing rather than to represent real odds.

No skill, system, pattern or strategy changes what a game does. Anyone telling you otherwise about games of this type is mistaken.

8. How you may use the site

Use the site for your own personal entertainment. Do not use automation, scripts, bots or scrapers against it.

Do not attempt to tamper with the game code or with the local storage values that hold your balance. You would only be changing a number in your own browser, which proves nothing and returns nothing, but we would still rather you did not.

Do not try to interfere with the site's availability for other people, and do not use the site for anything unlawful.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, pause, replace or remove any part of the site, including any game, at any time and without notice or compensation. Because nothing here has monetary value, no compensation could arise from such a change.

We aim to keep the site working, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults. It is provided as it is.

10. Intellectual property

The SpinCrypto World name, the game names, the game code, the artwork and the text on this site belong to SIA "Spārnu Sprādziens" unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

You may link to any page on this site.

11. Limits on our responsibility

The site is free entertainment software provided as it is, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection right you have where you live.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we use browser storage is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both are part of your agreement with us.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia, where the operator is established. If you are a consumer resident in Canada, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules that apply where you live.
