About Quantum Roulette

Quantum Roulette uses a 37-sector wheel numbered 0 through 36 in European order. The green zero is part of the wheel, but it is not part of red, black, odd, even, 1 to 18, or 19 to 36. The layout is intentionally limited to the choices implemented in the game, so the available selections are easy to review before starting a round.

A round size is selected from 20, 50, 100, or 250 GC. Glow Credits are the only unit used, and they have no real money value. The shared balance begins at 5,000 GC in browser localStorage. There are no accounts or sign-in steps, and there is no way to buy credits. If the balance drops below 100 GC, the automatic top-up returns it to 5,000 GC.

The game is designed for direct cause and effect. You choose one or more available roulette selections, start the wheel, and the selected sector decides which returns apply. The result appears visually and is also written in the text log below the board, which supports screen-reader review and keyboard-focused play.

How to play

  1. Pick the round size

Choose 20, 50, 100, or 250 GC for the round. The selected amount is the amount subtracted when the round begins.

  2. Choose a roulette selection

Select from Red, Black, Odd, Even, 1 to 18, 19 to 36, one of the three dozens, or a single number from 0 to 36.

  3. Start the spin

Activate the spin control. The wheel resolves to one sector, and that number determines the colour, parity, range, dozen, or single-number result.

  4. Check the log

After resolution, the text log states the sector and any credits returned. The log is useful when using keyboard navigation or assistive technology.

The rules in full

Quantum Roulette follows the single-zero European wheel structure with 37 numbered sectors. The numbers are 0, 1, 2, and so on up to 36. The wheel order is European, and zero is green. Zero has special treatment: it is not red or black, not odd or even, and not in either the 1 to 18 or 19 to 36 range.

The even-style selections in this implementation are Red, Black, Odd, Even, 1 to 18, and 19 to 36. Each of these returns 1:1 when the result matches. For example, if Red is selected and the final sector is a red number, the return is based on a 1:1 rate. If the result is zero, those selections do not match.

The dozen selections divide 1 through 36 into three groups of twelve. Each dozen returns 2:1 when the final sector falls inside that group. A single-number selection may be placed on any one sector from 0 to 36 and returns 35:1 when that exact number appears. Choices not listed here are not part of this game’s implemented rule set.

Glow Credits are only entertainment credits. They are stored locally in the browser, and clearing browser data may reset the balance and progress. That is not the loss of anything valuable because GC cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or converted into money. The Free top-up button is always present, and the balance is automatically restored to 5,000 GC when it is below 100 GC.

Available selections and return rates

RedReturns 1:1 when the result is a red number. Zero does not qualify.
BlackReturns 1:1 when the result is a black number. Zero does not qualify.
OddReturns 1:1 when the result is odd from 1 to 36. Zero does not qualify.
EvenReturns 1:1 when the result is even from 1 to 36. Zero does not qualify.
1 to 18Returns 1:1 when the result is from 1 through 18.
19 to 36Returns 1:1 when the result is from 19 through 36.
DozensEach of the three twelve-number groups returns 2:1 when matched.
Single numberOne exact sector from 0 to 36 returns 35:1 when matched.
Randomness. The final sector is selected randomly by the game engine for each spin. A previous red, black, high, low, odd, even, dozen, or number result does not influence the next simulated outcome. Repeating a selection, alternating selections, or changing round size cannot steer the wheel.
