Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information SpinCrypto World collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and we cannot take payment details because the site has no way to accept money.

Who is responsible for your information

SIA "Spārnu Sprādziens", Dzirnavu iela 67, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvia, is the organisation responsible for the personal information handled through spincryptoworld.com. Under the General Data Protection Regulation we are the controller of that information. The contact person is Franciska Calite.

For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@spincryptoworld.com.

Because the operator is established in Latvia and the site is prepared for users in Canada, we apply both the GDPR and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, known as PIPEDA. Where the two differ, we follow whichever gives you more protection.

What we collect

Information stored on your own device. Your age confirmation, your storage choices, your Glow Credits balance and your game settings are kept in your browser using local storage. That information stays on your device. It is not sent to us and we cannot read it.

Technical information from your visit. Like any website, ours receives your IP address, the page you requested, the time of the request, your browser and device type, and the page that referred you. Our infrastructure provider processes this to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse.

What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.

Measurement, only if you allow it. If you switch on analytics or advertising storage in the consent banner, measurement identifiers may be set. Both are off until you turn them on.

What we never collect

We do not collect payment card details, bank details, cryptocurrency wallet addresses or any transaction data, because the site cannot accept or send money in any form.

We do not ask for your name, your date of birth, government identification, or any document to prove your age. The age step is a self-declaration and nothing about it is stored on our servers.

We do not collect sensitive information such as health, biometric, racial, political or religious data, and you should not send it to us.

We do not require an account, a login or a password, because the site has none.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To run the site and keep it secure. Serving pages, preventing abuse and diagnosing faults. GDPR basis: our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure site. PIPEDA: implied consent for a purpose a reasonable person would consider appropriate.

To remember your own choices. Age confirmation, consent state and game settings. These live on your device and are strictly necessary for the site to behave as you expect.

To answer you. If you write to us, we use your message to reply. GDPR basis: steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence.

To measure the site and our own advertising. Only where you have given consent, and only until you withdraw it. GDPR basis: consent. PIPEDA: express consent.

To meet legal obligations. Where a law requires us to keep or produce information.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles about you on this site.

Information is shared only with the providers that make the site work, and only as much as they need: our infrastructure and security provider, which serves and protects the pages; our email provider, if you write to us; and, only with your consent, the analytics or advertising measurement service we use. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where your information is handled

The operator is in Latvia, in the European Union. Our infrastructure provider operates a global network and may serve pages and process technical data from a location near you, including in Canada, the European Union and elsewhere.

Where information moves out of the European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer safeguards available under the GDPR, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Under PIPEDA, we remain accountable for information handled on our behalf by any provider, wherever it sits.

How long we keep it

Server and security logs are kept for a short period, normally no longer than thirty days, and then discarded or aggregated.

Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and then deleted.

A record of your consent choice is kept so that we can show what you chose and honour it.

Anything stored on your device stays there until you clear it. You can clear it yourself at any time through your browser settings.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to a use, ask us to restrict a use, ask for your information in a portable form, and withdraw a consent you gave earlier.

Under PIPEDA you have the right to access and correct your personal information, and to challenge how we handle it. If we cannot resolve your concern, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Under the GDPR you may also complain to a supervisory authority. For this operator that is the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia, at dvi.gov.lv.

Write to privacy@spincryptoworld.com to exercise any of these rights. We answer within thirty days. We may ask for enough information to be sure we are dealing with the right person, but we will not ask for more than that.

Children

SpinCrypto World is for adults 19 and over. It is not directed at children, it is not advertised to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

If you believe a minor has used the site or sent us information, write to privacy@spincryptoworld.com and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. It stores nothing about you in an account, holds no payment data and runs no user database, which removes most of what an attacker would want.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affected your personal information and created a real risk of significant harm, we would report it as PIPEDA and the GDPR require, and tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
